Spring Maintenance (March–May)
Spring is a time to prepare for the new season. It's important to remove dust and dust mites that have accumulated during winter. First, wash curtains and rugs, and frequent washing of bed sheets in particular can help prevent allergies. As a measure against pollen allergies, we recommend limiting the time you open windows, and keeping windows closed during high-pollen periods, or making use of screens.
Spring is also a season when humidity begins to rise. Before the rainy season arrives, it's important to begin mold prevention measures around the bathroom and sink areas. Regularly clean the ventilation fan, and be sure to ventilate the bathroom after use. We also recommend regularly opening closet and storage space doors to allow air circulation.
Summer Maintenance (June–August)
Summer is a hot and humid season, and air conditioner cleaning is important. Cleaning the air conditioner filter about once a month improves efficiency and reduces electricity costs. Also, running the bathroom ventilation fan daily and lowering the indoor humidity level helps prevent mold.
